WORK IN PROGRESS SESSIONS

Five monologues by Mexican authors and one play by a Russian author in process of rehearsals by Mexican directors and creative team, performed by national actors.

Directors, actors and designers will participate in this sessions so the audience can experience the process of creation of this productions that will premiere as our Urban Bubbles in DramaFest.

Synopsis
Vania was Tania’s husband an Kostia’s father, and his death has left a mother and a child parted by their mourning and with no possibility of communicating with each other. The mother looks for ways to approach her son and finds out how to do it through a virtual platform. In the real world they are apart, and online they are as close as they can get. The consequences will be ruthless.

In the middle of the war, a woman in her own world walks happily. The blue mountains that covered Yoko Ono’s town next to Hiroshima, turn white and stark. A giant mushroom appears before her eyes revealing the brutal beauty of destruction. What would the world be like if the bullet that killed John Lennon would have killed Yoko Ono instead?
